How Do I book my boho picnic?
The easiest and fastest way is to book online on this website. Pick your date, style, location and additional options, and pay the deposit to finalize the reservation. We will contact you if we have further questions, and confirm your booking within a few hours.
How long does the picnic last?
Your event has a total duration of 4 hours.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require at least two days notice. Please keep in mind, the earlier you reserve the date, the better chance you will have to secure it in. Sometimes we book out as far as two month in advance.

Can we choose another public location?
If you have another public location in mind, let us know and we will see if the access works for us. The location may involve an additional travel fee depending on the distance.
Do you set up at private homes?
Yes, of course. We can set up your picnic in your living room, on your terrace or balcony, or in your garden.
What is the process on the day of our event?
We will have the set up ready for your arrival. We ask that you send us a text when you are 5 minutes away so we can play some romantic music and take a video when you get there.
What is the maximum number of guests your picnics can cater?
Currently, we are able to cater for maximum 16 guests.
Being on time is really much appreciated, but if for any reason you are late we will be able to wait 20 minutes maximum with no additional fee.
But since we are always on a tight schedule we would have to charge an extra free if you super late.
A fee of $300 pesos for 20-45 minutes late.
A fee of $500 pesos for 45-60 minutes late.
If you are late more than one hour, the picnic will be repacked and the deposit will be lost.
What happens if there is bad weather the day of my picnic?
We always like to have a backup plan for your picnic location so if the weather is looking pretty bad we can set up the picnic in the comfort of your house, hotel room or either postpone your event.
Rescheduling will be subject to availability.
Travel fees may change if your back up location is further away than your planned outdoor event.
